Setup (one time)

Set your restaurant phone in Admin
Open Admin → Settings → Company & contact. Fill in Phone (display) and Phone E.164 (+50663533809 format, no spaces). This number appears on your storefront and in staff emails — keep it accurate for callbacks.

Create a kitchen Telegram group
In Telegram, create a group for staff (e.g. “Chupa Dedos orders”). Add as many people as you need — cooks, managers, drivers — everyone sees the same live queue. Groups work better than a single phone.

Add the Habah order bot
Search for @HabahOrdersBot in Telegram and add it to your kitchen group. The bot must stay in the group — it posts alerts and listens for Accept / Reject.

Link the group with your code
In Admin → Settings, copy the /link command (e.g. /link HABAH-COLINAS-A7K2M9) and send it in the group. The bot confirms when your tenant is connected. Codes expire after 7 days — generate a new one if needed.

Test with a live order
Place a test order on your menu URL. You should get a message with items, address/map link, payment method, and buttons. Tap Accept 30 or use /accept — the customer gets the confirmation flow.
Daily use in Telegram

New order alerts
Each order arrives as a pinned-style alert (with sound on mobile). You see customer name, phone, whether they use WhatsApp or Telegram, delivery address or GPS pin, items, total, and payment method.

Accept with ETA (buttons)
Tap Accept 20 / 30 / 45 / 60 to confirm and set ready time. The order status updates on the web admin and the customer is notified. Use More ETA if you need a custom minute value.

Reject an order
Tap Reject and pick a reason (closed, out of stock, etc.) or type a custom note. The customer sees the rejection on their order status page.

Reply to the customer
Tap Reply (or send /reply ORDER_ID your message). Your text is delivered to the customer by email/SMS flow configured for your site.

Text commands (optional)
/accept abc12345 35 — accept order (first 8 chars of ID) with 35 min ETA. /reject abc12345 too busy — reject with reason. /sound — play the alert tone in the chat (check volume on the kitchen phone).

Customer “Telegram” checkbox at checkout
If the guest ticks Telegram on their phone number, the order message shows a Telegram badge so staff know they can message that number on Telegram (not the restaurant bot — their personal account).

Keep notifications on
Alerts work with the phone locked and Telegram in the background — you don't need to keep the app open. On the kitchen phone: Telegram → group → unmute, allow notifications, disable battery saver for Telegram. In group settings you can pick a loud custom notification sound (per group). Test with /sound before the dinner rush.

Web admin as backup
Admin → Orders and Admin → Kitchen mirror Telegram actions. On a kitchen PC or tablet, open Orders and tap Enable desktop alerts — loud sound + notification for each new order (desktop/laptop). Stops when you accept the order.

Do you take a commission on orders?
No. Habah is subscription-based — your customers pay you directly (cash, card on delivery, SINPE, Bitcoin, or your own PayPal). We don't sit in the middle of your revenue.
Why should I trust Habah over GloriaFood or a marketplace?
Marketplaces optimize for their fee; we optimize for your shift. Our team has worked delivery, service, kitchen, management, and ownership — so features map to how restaurants actually run. We ship small improvements continuously (kaizen — continuous improvement) instead of selling you a bloated “suite” you'll never use.
What's included on the free plan?

Paste your public menu URL, pay $14.99 once, and we import categories, items, photos, opening hours, and delivery zones. Everything is reviewed before go-live. Customer history and active coupons are not transferred.
How do Starter and Pro billing work?
Subscribe via PayPal. Cancel anytime. Starter is $4.99/mo with a higher order limit; Pro is $29/mo with custom domain and full white-label.
Are the photos on this marketing site free?
Yes — hero and feature photos here are from Unsplash (free license). Your restaurant uploads its own menu photos in admin or via GloriaFood import.
Does Free include marketing or SEO?
No. Free is your online ordering page on a Habah subdomain — we don't run ads, email blasts, or SEO landing pages for you. Most restaurants on Free send guests from their own website, Google Business, or social. Pro ($29/mo) adds SEO settings, email & WhatsApp marketing, and your own domain.
Can I pause online orders without vacation mode?
Yes. Pause for a few hours, until end of day, or indefinitely — with a custom message in your enabled languages. Vacation mode is separate for longer closures.
Which languages does the storefront support?
English, Spanish, German, and French out of the box. You choose which languages are enabled for your customers in Settings.
