Terms of Service — Habah

Agreement

By using Habah (habah.com, admin accounts, and related services), you agree to these Terms. If you use Habah on behalf of a restaurant, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

The service

Habah provides tools for online menus, ordering, checkout, notifications, and related features. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.

You are responsible for your menu content, pricing, taxes, compliance with local laws, and customer service for orders placed through your site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Google Sign-In is optional; when used, Google’s terms also apply to your use of Google’s authentication service.

Fees and payments

Subscription and import fees are described on habah.com. Payment processors (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) handle charges according to their terms.

Habah does not charge marketplace commission on food sales configured through your own checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, including:

• Illegal content or fraudulent orders.
• Attempting to breach security or other tenants’ data.
• Reverse engineering or reselling the service without permission.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You must post appropriate notices on your storefront if required by law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Habah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid to Habah in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or abuse.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Habah’s operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised at contact@habah.com.
