Team onboarding
GloriaFood to Habah: for your staff
Staff already know how to accept orders and mark items unavailable. Habah uses different screens — this map shows where to click on day one.
| GloriaFood | Habah | Where |
|---|---|---|
| New order notification | Telegram message from the Habah bot + sound on Admin → Orders (desktop alerts). | Connect Telegram in Admin → Settings; keep Orders open on a kitchen PC. |
| Accept order + prep time | Tap Accept in Telegram and send estimated minutes (same flow every order). | Telegram group linked to your tenant bot. |
| Reject or cancel | Update order status in Admin → Orders; customer sees status on their order page. | Orders board — open the order row. |
| Mark item sold out | Toggle availability on the product or category in Admin → Menu. | Menu → product edit → availability / sold out. |
| Opening hours / pause orders | Edit hours and ordering pause in Admin → Settings. | Settings → hours & ordering status. |
| Delivery area | Draw or edit zones in Admin → Delivery. | Delivery → zones map. |
| Print ticket | Print from browser on order detail (no dedicated ESC/POS auto-print yet). | Orders → open order → print. |
First shift tips
- Run one test order from your phone before the dinner rush.
- Pin the Telegram group and mute other chats during service.
- Use the same person on Telegram accept and the orders board to avoid double-handling.
