Opening hours & menu hours

Control when checkout is open and when categories appear.

Admin → Settings (store hours) · Admin → Menu (category hours if used)

• Set weekly hours to match your real kitchen — Google Business should match.
• Use category hours for lunch vs dinner menus when needed.
• Pause all ordering temporarily from Settings if you are short-staffed.

Delivery zones

Customers only checkout when their address is inside a zone you deliver to.

Admin → Delivery → zones

• Import from GloriaFood may pre-fill zones — verify on the map before go-live.
• Name zones clearly on checkout (fee lines show zone pricing).
• Adjust polygons when you expand delivery — no code deploy needed.

Sold out / unavailable

Hide items instantly when the kitchen runs out.

Admin → Menu → product or category availability

• Mark single products unavailable — faster than deleting.
• Sold-out items stay in menu for SEO but cannot be ordered.
• Restock when ready; no cache purge required for customers.

Scheduled orders

Let guests pick a later pickup or delivery slot when you allow it.

Admin → Settings (scheduled ordering rules) · checkout time picker

• Kitchen sees scheduled time on the order row and Telegram message.
• Use when you need prep lead time for catering or busy slots.
• Turn off if your operation is strictly ASAP-only.

QR table ordering

Print a QR that opens your menu with table context for dine-in.

Admin tools / QR assets · storefront /qr routes

• Generate QR pointing at your Habah URL (optionally with table parameter).
• Place on tables or tent cards — same menu as delivery, different fulfillment.
• Test scan from both iPhone and Android before printing batches.
